- Send the quote Your customer opens it in their browser and signs with a finger — they never install anything. You get a notification the moment it’s opened, and again when it’s signed.
What you are installing
EpoxySuite is an estimating, quoting and job-record tool built for epoxy flooring contractors rather than adapted from a generic CRM. It turns measured area into an exact buying list — coverage rates, kit sizes and your waste buffer — then prices the whole job: preparation, repairs, mobilisation, labour, tax and your margin. Your material cost and the customer-facing price stay separate on purpose.
Once a quote is signed, a job folder opens itself. Stage photos, voice memos, moisture readings with a weather stamp and material variance all land in one place, and come back out as a branded after-report. It works with no signal at all — everything is written to the device first and syncs when you come back up the stairs.

Is it actually free?
Yes, free to start, with no card required. Pro unlocks quoting, job documentation and unlimited saves. You can run a real job through the calculator before paying anything.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. Calculations, photos, notes and readings are written to the device first and sync automatically when a connection returns — basements and new builds are the normal case, not the edge case.
Do my customers need the app?
No. The quote opens as a branded page in their browser and they sign it with a finger. No app, no account, no portal login.
Is it the same app on iPhone and Android?
Yes — one codebase, one account. Sign in on either and your jobs, quotes and clients are there. You can start a quote on a phone and finish it on a tablet.
How do I cancel or manage a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the store you installed from. On iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions.
