Delete your account
You can delete your EpoxySuite account and its data at any time, from inside the app or by email. Here is exactly what happens.

Email the request from the address on your account so we can confirm it’s you. The Privacy Policy sets out in full what is retained and why.

If you no longer have the app installed, send the request here instead. We reply to confirm, then the 30-day countdown begins.
Questions people ask
Can I change my mind?
Yes, within the first 30 days. Signing back in cancels the request and your account carries on as normal. After 30 days the data is gone and cannot be restored.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancel separately on iPhone under Settings → your name → Subscriptions → EpoxySuite. Deleting the account does not stop billing on its own.
What happens to quotes I already sent to customers?
Quote pages your customers opened are removed with the rest of your data. Download anything you need to keep — signed quotes, job reports, photos — before you request deletion.
